Adams Chocolate Factory is a premier provider of gourmet chocolates and confections, specializing in unforgettable wedding experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Wedding Sales Coordinator to help engaged couples bring their sweet visions to life!
Job Summary
As an Independent Contractor Wedding Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for all wedding-related sales, including consultations, tastings, and client meetings. This is an on-site position—remote work is not available. This role is ideal for a self-driven sales professional who thrives on meeting clients, closing deals, and creating exceptional wedding experiences.
Responsibilities

Handle all wedding sales inquiries and serve as the main point of contact for engaged couples.

Conduct in-house consultations and tastings to showcase our wedding offerings.

Present and upsell wedding packages and custom chocolate options.

Follow up with potential clients to close sales.

Maintain detailed records of sales, contracts, and client preferences.

Attend local bridal shows and networking events to promote our brand (as needed).

Work closely with the production team to ensure order accuracy and client satisfaction.
Requirements

Must be available to work in-house—remote options as well.

Previous experience in sales, event planning, or the wedding industry is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple clients and schedules effectively.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for client meetings and tastings.

Passion for weddings and creating memorable experiences for couples.
Compensation

Monthly stipend plus commission on all wedding sales.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes.

Farmers Market Sales Representative – Front Range (Vehicle Provided)
Are you a people person who loves sunshine, local events, and sharing delicious treats with happy customers? We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Farmers Market Sales Representative to represent Adams Chocolate Factory & Boozy Nuts at local markets across the Front Range, including Loveland, Longmont, Greeley, and Windsor. This is a hands-on, in-person role perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with the community, setting up a booth, and proudly promoting our handmade chocolate creations. A company vehicle will be provided—just bring your energy, love for people, and ability to lift and set up a tent!
